Feeling Free
For a little over a year, we have all felt trapped in our homes with many businesses closed, nowhere to really go, other than food shopping, and not much to do at all, except eat and watch tv, and hopefully some exercise.
I finally was able to visit family in early May. When I got back I noticed a big change in the area I live. There seems to be much more traffic, the majority of people are out and about enjoying the warmer weather and finding lot’s more things to do. While I miss the peaceful days in early Spring, I am enjoying seeing people come outside again, enjoying the outdoors, feeling free!
There is nothing like feeling like a butterfly going out and about where you want to, free to be you! It might take about 2 weeks to get used to this freedom, so be patient. Start slow and work your way to your comfort level. What kind of fun do you plan to have this summer?
We also have more freedom in some areas not to wear masks. For those who have underlying health conditions, be a bit more cautious in crowded areas. Take care of your health and make it a priority.
I highly recommend to everyone that you still work on building your immune system no matter what. This is key to a healthy, long life.
